1. Acceptance

By using one-quote.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What OneQuote does

OneQuote helps shippers prepare ocean freight quote requests. An AI assistant can turn a plain-language description into a structured request; a freight specialist then sources rates from carriers and partners and replies by email.

The site does not display live or instant rates. Sending a request is not a booking and creates no obligation for either side until a written booking is confirmed.

3. Quotes

Any rate we send you is an offer for the details you gave us and is subject to carrier space, equipment availability, surcharges, validity dates and the carrier's own terms. Please check the quote's validity and inclusions before you rely on it.

4. AI-assisted drafts

The drafting assistant can misread or omit details. You are responsible for reviewing the request before you send it. Drafts are suggestions, not advice.

5. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information, including cargo description, weight and any dangerous goods
• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or bypass its limits

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, design and software belong to OneQuote or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneQuote is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third parties

Carriers and partners are independent of OneQuote. We are not responsible for their services, delays, or loss or damage to cargo except as stated in a written agreement with you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
