OneQuote provides an online freight rate comparison service that aggregates and displays shipping quotes from multiple ocean carriers. We act as an information intermediary — we do not operate as a freight carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider. All rates displayed are indicative and subject to final confirmation by the respective carrier.

3. Accuracy of Quotes

All shipping quotes displayed on OneQuote are for comparison purposes only. Rates are:

• Subject to space availability at time of booking
• Subject to carrier confirmation and final booking terms
• May not include all applicable surcharges, terminal handling charges (THC), or customs fees
• Valid only for the period stated on the quote

OneQuote makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of rate information.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when requesting quotes
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's functionality
• Not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without express written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the OneQuote Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OneQuote or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on displayed quotes, or any transaction with a carrier. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

7. Third-Party Services

Carrier rates and information are sourced from third parties. OneQuote is not responsible for the accuracy of carrier-provided data, carrier service performance, delays, cargo loss or damage, or any disputes between users and carriers.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Modifications

OneQuote reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
